2.Water resistant,aging resistant,with good toughness and high strength.
3.Can be curing at room temperature,can also heat for curing.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Polishing or sand blasting to clean up the pending-bonding surface.

2.The preparation of wear abrasion resistant ceramic adhesive:Make the A and B two components of abrasion wear resistant ceramic adhesives
mix uniformly according to the specified mixing mass ratio A:B=2:1.

3.Using the adhesive: Make the mixed up adhesive be coating on the pending-bonding surface uniformly,under the precondition of no shortage
of adhesives,we should blade coating the adhesive layer to be the thinner the better,the effect is the best for double-sided coating,then fold the
bonding part and make it be compacted.

4.Curing:It will take 4 hours for initial curing at room temperature,it will be complete curing after 24 hours,if you can heat it up to the
temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours to do the post curing,in this way,it can get higher comprehensive performance
(can improve 30% comprehensive performance).When the temperature is low in winter,after finishing bonding,should keep definite environment temperature to make the adhesive be fully curing(try to make the adhesive be curing above the temperature of 15 degree),can use the
iodine-tungsten lamp to do the irradiation heating.

5.The well mixed adhesive should be used up before initial curing,every time the most suitable configuration adhesive quantity is not more than
5Kg,too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly,every time the usable time of configuring adhesive is about 60 min,when the temperature is low,the usable time is long,when the temperature is high,the usable time is short.Should adjust the preparation adhesive quantity according to the
actual condition.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as
a non-dangerous product during transportation.
